Yes, you may pick up your order during our business hours.

Hours are Tues - Sun 12:00pm - 8:00pm.  We are closed on major holidays.

We may be able to get an item signed for you at no additional charge prior to purchase. Please click on “Contact Us” at the top menu.

Depending on your address, your package might take longer to arrive. International orders typically take longer than domestic. We ship from California, US.

Click on “Contact Us” in the main menu and be sure to put “Wrong Order” or “Damaged Order” in the subject line. We will replace your item if it is in stock or refund if it is out of stock, and refund the return shipping cost.

All sales are final and we cannot accommodate coupons after the order has already been placed.
